The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to remove and replace one roll up door and associated hardware at CSMS-WEST 1830 K Avenue, Fort Johnson, La. 71459 for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) as per Attachment C - Specifications. This solicitation is for the Removal and Replacement of an Overhead Roll Up Door for the Louisiana Department of Military Affairs (DMA) located at CSMS-West, 1830 K. Avenue, Fort Johnson, Louisiana 71459. The job is to be performed in accordance with the enclosed scope of work and specifications. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashiers check) must be included with the bidders submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
