The U.S. Government is seeking information from qualified small businesses for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Job Order Contract (JOC) at Fort Polk, Louisiana. The contract will support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) mission to manage and operate all Fort Polk facilities, infrastructure, and natural and cultural resources required to sustain Army readiness and current/future mission requirements. Work will include new construction and related services, executed through Task Orders issued under the contract terms. The anticipated NAICS code is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a size standard of $45M, and the PSC is Z2JZ (Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings Services). Interested firms should provide detailed information on their capabilities, including small business status and certifications, experience in construction and similar projects, financial capacity, bonding capabilities, and ability to comply with FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. Responses should also address subcontracting plans, teaming arrangements, pricing structures, delivery schedules, and recommendations to facilitate competition and improve specifications. The Government is particularly interested in ensuring that the requirement is commercially available and structured to maximize small business participation.
