Reference Number 0000349874 Ridgedale Avenue (C.R. 632) From McKinley Avenue to Garden Street Roadway Improvement Plans, Township of East Hanover. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid, payable to the County of Morris, as a guarantee that if the contract is awarded to the Bidder will enter into a contract and provide the necessary bonds, and insurance as required by the County and the Division of Risk Management. The successful Bidder is required to furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and Maintenance Bond as specified in the Contract Documents. EACH BID MUST BE ACCOMPANIED WITH A CONSENT OF SURETY which states the surety company will provide the Bidder with the performance bond specified in the Contract Documents in the event the Bidder is awarded the Contract. Due to the circumstances, during the bid opening process, a bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the openings. Instead, this information will be posted online once available. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Director of Purchasing mcpurchasing@co.morris.nj.us or as otherwise stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least ten (10) business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded), prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid for goods and services.
