The Township of Esquimalt invites interested contractors with proven experience and expertise to submit a tender for the provision of janitorial services for the Municipal Hall (1229 Esquimalt Rd), Public Works Yard (601 Canteen Rd) and Police Facility (1231 Esquimalt Rd). Question Deadline 04/30/2024 at 2:00 PM PT All inquires related to this Invitation to Tender are to be directed in writing by email, to Ken Gawryluk, Public Works Manager at ken.gawryluk@esquimalt.ca. All questions and answers will be consolidated into a single Q&A document which will be posted on the Township of Esquimalt website at electronically on or before May 1, 2024. The Township of Esquimalt reserves the right to cancel this tender at any time and for any reason, and will not be responsible for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred or suffered by any Respondent as a result of that cancellation.
