Demo: remove the existing carpet and rubber base in construction as indicated. on the drawing. Installation: prepare the existing surface for new product tiles. The vendor shall level/ scrape/sand as needed to provide proper adhesions of tiles. Vendor shall use. Self-leveler if required for proper installation to meet manufacturers' requirements. Insurance requirements: any contract with Tupelo Public requires a certain minimum insurance coverage. The contractor shall be responsible for Providing Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Automotive Liability Coverage. 3.2 Certificate of Insurance: The contractor shall provide a Certificate of Insurance. This request does not commit Tupelo Public Schools to enter into an agreement nor pay any costs incurred in preparing this quote. Tupelo Public Schools will Require the selected contractor if any, to participate in value engineering to adjust cost within the proposed budget, The estimated square footage is 23,000 square ft. and will need to be verified. TPSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted. Bids will be awarded as lowest and best bid as found to be in the best interest of Tupelo Public School District. The District reserves the right to waive bid informalities, as it deems appropriate.
