Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tupelo, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; bridge / tunnel; and for the renovation of a residential development.

Bids are related to the construction of drainage improvements to include removal and replacement of existing drainage culverts, pipes, inlets and related infrastructure located along Ridgeway Dr. within the Ridgeway Subdivision/residential area in the City of Tupelo. The work will primarily include the removal of approximately 840 LF of existing 36" CMP to be replaced with 58"x36" RCAP. The project also includes the removal/replacement of lateral drain pipes, grate inlets and existing infrastructure as required to construct the proposed drainage improvements. The Project shall make provisions for all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to provide the improvements as defined in the Proposal document and as represented in the, Project Drawings, General Conditions of Work and Technical Specifications as set forth in the Contract Documents. All proposed improvements are/shall be located within existing property / rights-of-way owned and maintained by the City of Tupelo. The OWNER is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
