Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Gresham, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 21, 2025, per owner, they have awarded the project for consultant services. Design is being done in-house. Construction will likely start in Fall 2026 or later. The project consists of safety improvements along a 1,000-foot length of Right-of-Way (ROW) along SE 181st Avenue. Proposed improvements entail, although not limited to providing ADA accessible pedestrian paths, buffered bike lane, re-striping of vehicular lanes, possible signalized intersection or RRFB, enhanced street lighting, and potential undergrounding of overhead utility lines. The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide Right-of-Way Consultant services based upon the scope of work contained in the Request for Proposals. The intent is to select ONE FIRM to provide services. The City of Greshams programs, services, employment opportunities, and volunteer positions and contracts are open to all persons without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, handicap, or political affiliation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
