Completed plans call for the construction of a 100,680-square-foot, five-story above grade, 60-unit multi-residential development; one-story above grade educational facility; for site work for a multi-residential development; and for paving for a multi-residential development.
The ground floor will consist of Home Forward's offices, resident amenity spaces, and an IRCO early education pre-school facility. Levels 2-6 will include 60 large 2-to 4-bedroom family apartments. The project is located at NW CIVIC DR, GRESHAM, OR 97030 between NW 15th Street and NW 16th Street.
