Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Hickory, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of clearing, grubbing, earthwork, and stabilization of the existing slope and ditch bank behind the Catawba County Life Skills Building located at 3060 11th Ave Dr SE, Hickory, North Carolina 28602. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or original bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum bid amount made payable to Catawba County. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment bond, each in the amount equal to 100% of the Contract Sum, will be required to be furnished at the execution of the Contract Documents. All bidders are hereby notified that they must be properly licensed under the state laws governing their prospective trades. Bidders are also notified that applicable provisions of Chapter 87 of the General Statutes of the State of North Carolina shall be observed in the receiving of bids and awarding of contracts for the Work. Catawba County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities as may be permitted by law.
