The Work to be performed under this Contract generally includes, removal of stream debris for approximately 1,050 linear feet of Clark Creek, described in Section III, Specifications / Scope of Work and Section IV Project Map. The planned work area is located at 3010 12th Ave SE, Hickory, North Carolina 28602. All bidders are notified that Catawba County has a verifiable five percent (5%) goal for participation by minority owned and women owned businesses in the total value of Work for which prime contractors are awarded pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes Section 143-128. Catawba County reserves the right to reject any/all submittals. The County assumes no contractual obligation as a result of the issuance of this request, the preparation or bid submission by the Contractor, evaluation or final selection.
