Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Logan, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of: 1. Clearing and grubbing existing Site 2. Removal and disposal of necessary existing drainage piping and structures. 3. Excavation, grading, shaping, and importing material to construct two detention Basins. 4. Installation of approx. 1,000 LF of Corrugated HDPE Pipe ranging in size from 12-inch to 24-inch, and 10 associated storm drain boxes. 5. Installation of 700 LF of sidewalk. 6. Installation of a sprinkler system for sodded and landscaped areas. 7. All structures, piping, valves, fittings, and materials required to serve the project as shown on the plan set.. WORK SEQUENCE A. Work Sequence 1. Construct work in an orderly and timely manner and minimize vehicular and pedestrian traffic disruption. During construction period, coordinate construction schedule and operations with Engineer. B. Work by Others 1.
