Description: The City of Laguna Niguel is requesting proposals from firms with the resources, capacity, and experience to manage and supervise the operations of the Laguna Niguel Aquatics Center, as described further in the Scope of Service. The deadline to submit questions is April 30, 2024, by 5:00 pm PST. Contract Term: The initial contract term shall be for a period of three (3) years, effective from the date of award. The City reserves the right to cancel this Agreement at any time if services rendered are unsatisfactory. The City also reserves the right to extend the term of this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory negotiation of terms and the annual availability of an appropriation. Notice of extensions will be made no later than ninety (90) days from the end date of the term. The City reserves the right to reject any Proposer(s) exceptions or proposed revisions to the RFP and/or insurance requirements.
