Renovation of a municipal facility in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The award of contract will be made by the Board of Trustees of the Ponca City Development Authority during a public meeting scheduled for June 13, 2024. The project includes the modernization and maintenance agreement for three (3) Elevators. This will be a turnkey project and all work by others should be coordinated by the successful bidder (the "Elevator Contractor"). All bid proposals will be deemed invalid and therefore rejected if they do not contain the completed bid form and the signed and notarized terms and conditions. The award of contract will be made by the Board of Trustees of the Ponca City Development Authority during a public meeting scheduled for June 13, 2024. When submitting a bid, please adhere to the following: 1) The project name ("City Central Modernization Project"), date and time of bid opening MUST be on the face of the sealed bid (envelope) 2) Copies of bidders liability and workers compensation insurance must be provided. 3) A current valid UEI number and SAM.gov registration will be required before a work order or contract can be executed. 4) Notarized affidavit and invitation to bid must be returned with the bid. Failure to do so will result bid rejection. 5) QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS The Contractor shall be a competent and experienced Contractor in Elevator service, repair and modernization. He/she shall have adequate technically qualified personnel employed within his organization to perform all phases of the contract requirements. He/she shall have an established good reputation within the community in which work is to be performed. The Contractor shall be presently retained by other facilities with similar (or more complex) equipment for a minimum period of three (3) years. He/she shall furnish, at request, a list of these facilities and shall furnish the names and phone numbers of persons to contact in those organizations. This information will be used by the Consultant and Owner to check past performance and references and determine the ability of the Contractor to furnish these services. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by or investigation of such Contractor fails to satisfy the Owner or Consultant that such Contractor is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Contract and to deliver the services contemplated therein. Quotations shall be submitted on OEM contract paperwork along with the bid form. The OEM contract will ultimately be used for Scope of work only. The final agreement shall be executed on a third-party AIA contract prepared by the successful bidder. Thank you for your time and effort in this matter.
