Site work for a stadium in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a stadium.
As of April 30, 2024, REBID ONLY for Bleachers, Press Box, and Signage. Site work is complete and structural underway. Provisions contained in the State of Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act shall be followed. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and irregularities, and the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid he considers advantageous. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud and shall remain on file at least forty-eight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. All interested parties are invited to attend. Attention of the bidders is particularly called to the requirements of the Performance Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment bond, approved workers compensation insurance and liability insurance in the amounts required by state statutes, which must be filed with the Board of Education. All applicable city, state and federal requirements must be met by the bid proposal and adhered to if the project is obtained by the successful bidder. **Project documents have not yet been obtained to post.
