It is the Intent and Requirements of the Owner That This Project Be Completed No Later Than October 20, 2024. When the total overall project exceeds $27,950, all bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Hamilton County and the City of Forest Park, Ohio, as ascertained and determined by the Administrator of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services (OBES) as provided in Section 4115.05 through 4115.034 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio. It is Anticipated That the Prevailing Wage Law Will Apply to This Project. The Council of the City of Forest Park, Ohio, Reserves the Right to Waive Irregularities and to Reject Any or All Bids.
