COMPLETION DATE AND MOVEMENT OF MATERIALS:
Delivery is required by July 09, 2024 after receipt of approved Notice to Proceed from MPS; coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) listed below. The delivery date as specified in the Notice to Proceed shall be STRICTLY ADHERED TO. In case of failure on the part of the Vendor to deliver the equipment within the time designated herein the Quotation Form, MPS reserves the right to assess liquidated damages, in the amount of $250 per calendar day. Because of the limited loading area and parking restrictions, deliveries and loading time must be scheduled and regulated. Contact Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) Department of Facilities and Maintenance Services Project Manager, at least five (5) working days prior to the delivery date of materials and equipment. Failure to contact MPS personnel in this manner may result in delays in off-loading equipment at the time of delivery. Delivery Location:
