Tyrrell County is seeking professional services for the administration of a Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) application in the Neighborhood Revitalization program offered by the NC Department of Commerce. The project is anticipated to include housing-related activities as developed during the application process. The grant request is anticipated to bean amount up to $950,000. The county will require general administration ,housing inspection, and housing activities administration services from a private firm or non-profit agency. Professional services will be contingent upon successful award of the grant project.
