Qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform maintenance improvements at the Maple Drive Garage. This project is based on a planned two-year capital improvement program and tasks will be performed based on priority. Maple Garage, under a previous maintenance contract performed selective roof deck double truss joint and traffic coating improvements, as well as lower level electrical, elevator, ventilation, and garage wide stormwater conveyance and drainage improvements. This project is based on a planned two-year Capital Improvement Program and tasks will be performed based on priority. The priority in year one, the Village will provide full garage shutdown between the period of July 1, 2024 - August 30, 2024. Preferred Contractor shall have the workforce to provide maintenance and protection of traffic during the 60 Day full shutdown and the work force to complete the exterior and interior high priority tasks accordingly. When then the garage is operational, September 1, 2024, providing the Residents the ability to fully access and utilize parking spaces, with continued maintenance tasks remaining. Contractor will be responsible for garage high priority tasks to be completed during the 60 day shutdown.
