Liquidated Damages Sub Completion 1 All Work Necessary for the Completion of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "C" High Clay Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before June 21, 2024 Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Sub Completion 2 All Work Necessary for the Completion of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "C" Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before August 2. 2024. Completion Shall Be Defined as Stockpiling Winter Sand. All Remaining Work Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before September 6, 2024.
