Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Canmore, Alberta. Working plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the construction of a three-story above grade, 120-unit multi-residential development.
Redevelopment of the Lawrence Grassi Middle School (LGMS) Lands for residential use. Plans call for a 120-unit, stacked townhouse infill housing. 20 units are slated for Canmore Community Housing (CCH), another 20 for CRPS employee housing and another five will be offered to CCH to be bought at a market rate. The remaining 75 units will be sold as market units. TIMELINE: Avalon Master Builders has been engaged as the Residential Developer/Builder Partner(s) in support of the proposed development. Complete scope of work and project schedules may be confirmed late 2025/early 2026.
