Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Canmore, Alberta. Working plans call for the construction of a 125,000-square-foot, three-story above grade, 120-unit multi-residential development.
Redevelopment of the Lawrence Grassi Middle School (LGMS) Lands for residential use. Scope to include: 120 stacked townhome units (20 allocated for Canmore Community Housing, 20 for CRPS staff housing; and 5 offered through CCH). TIMELINE: Developer/builder partner has been selected. An update was provided to Council March 2026 in terms of scope of work. Further update may be confirmed spring 2027.
