The proposal will include a special provision with reference to Contractor's Non-Collusion Affidavit and a 5% bid bond in a certified or cashier's check or surety bond shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Evidence of having proper workmen's compensation coverage for employees as provided by Title 85 of the Oklahoma Statutes Section 61 shall be required prior to issuance of a work order. Rates for liquidated damages for this project will be $500.00 per calendar day. Upon award of contract to a successful bidder, the contract will be completely executed within ten (10) working days for the date of award by the successful bidder and Lincoln County.
