Site work for a water / sewer project in Chandler, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of installation of approximately 1,300 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, fittings, valves, and all other associated work as indicated on the drawings and within the specifications. The project is within Lincoln County, located approximately 2 miles northwest of Stroud, Oklahoma. A certified or cashier's check or Bidder's Surety Bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required from each bidders, to be retained as liquidated damages in the event the successful bidder fails, neglects or refuses to enter into said contract for the construction of the project and furnish the necessary bonds within the fourteen (14) calendar days from and after the date the award is made.
