Renovation of a development in Groveland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development.
Replacement of HVAC Unit Groveland Ranger District - Stanislaus National Forest Period of Performance: 05/06/2024 to 07/05/2024 Contractor shall replace the existing units and install a new system to properly condition the modular building. Work includes removal and disposal of the old units, furnishment and installation of a properly sized system that at a minimum matches the performance and output of the existing system. The Government will consider alternative systems if it increases efficiencies or lowers the overall cost. Furnaces need to fit within the existing footprint of where the current ones are located. The existing system is a twinned A/C & Furnace system where (2) direct vent forced air furnaces (propane) work in conjunction with (2) three-ton A/C units. The units are tied into a single thermostat. The units are installed into a 2160 Sq. Ft. modular building. The system was installed in the mid 1990's and is need of replacement. The existing Furnaces are Carrier 9200 Weather Makers with Model # 58MXA080-16. The A/C units are Colemans with Model No. 9436G811. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, and logistics. This includes, if needed, ancillary items such as electrical panels, piping, ducting, thermostat, testing, and system balancing. The contractor is responsible to install the new system in accordance with Federal Codes and Regulations. At a minimum, provide a system the conforms to the following. The replacement furnace(s) shall at a minimum match the existing furnace(s). The new unit or units shall conform to the following minimum requirements.
