Renovation of a municipal facility in Groveland, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Description of Work: the Project Generally Involves Demolition, Grading, Asphalt Paving, Renovation of the Existing Play Area, Concrete Work, Repair of the Existing North and South Revetment Walls. as Part of the Flood Remediation, Three Areas of Family Camp Will Be Repaired: 1) the Fort Playground Area, Which Will Include Replacement of the Wooden Arts and Craft Structure, Replacement of the Wooden Picket Fence Around the Perimeter and Replacement of the Concrete Retaining Wall With Chain-link Fence on Top. 2) the South and North Revetment Wall Areas at "the Pool" Area Will Be Repaired After Damage From the Floods Caused Instability. Engineer's Estimate: $1,627,000.00 This Project is Not Subject to the Project Labor Agreement ("pla") Entered Between the City of San Jose and the Santa Clara and San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council. Bid Security : Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by an Electronic Pdf Copy of a Bidder's Bond in the Sum of Not Less Than 10% of the Total Aggregate Amount of the Bid. Bonds Must Be Issued by a Surety That is an "admitted Surety Insurer" in the State of California and Must Name the City of San Jose as Beneficiary. Bonds Must Be Accompanied by an Electronic Pdf Copy of the Surety's Power of Attorney and a Notary Acknowledgement for the Surety's Signature. Bidders Must Retain the Original Wet-signed Bidder's Bond and Provide It to the City Upon Request. The Contractor's Faithful Performance Bond Shall Be for 100% of the Contract Amount. the Contractor's Payment Bond Shall Be for 100% of the Contract Amount.
