Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint-Lambert, Quebec. Design plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; parking garage; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Upgrades and repairs to the municipal workshops complex. The scope of work includes the demolition and reconstruction of administrative offices area, interior expansion of the garage area, renovation of workshops roofing, reconstruction of outdoor parking lots and renovation of the facility yard. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in fall 2024. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in mid-/late spring 2025, construction start being anticipated in June of the same year.
