Reference Number : 1794901 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-01-15 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document The work consists of cleaning using a sewer cleaning truck as well as inspecting each of the catch basins in the City's sewer network. In order to properly carry out the work and without limitation, the contractor must be able to perform the following tasks: Vacuum sludge and other waste from sumps; Clean the cast iron frame; Check the condition of the sump components; Replace the bell if necessary; Clean the grill and replace it properly; Mark with a dot of marking paint on the cover, inspect each sump and clean; Complete the inspection sheet (see Appendix A - Sump inspection sheet); Dispose of the sludge at a site authorized by the Ministry of the Environment and the Fight against Climate Change (MELCC). The contractor must be able to clean and inspect approximately 2,550 catch basins annually. This quantity is only an estimate and in no way constitutes a commitment by the City.
