Without limitation, the fulfillment of the mandate includes the following: Systematic inspection of all trees in the public domain on City territory; Taking data on the location of the tree; Collecting data on the characteristics and condition of the tree; The georeferenced positioning of trees at a resolution of one (1) meter or more; The prescription of the arboreal work required; Prioritization of arboreal work required; Taking a good quality photo for each tree; Updating data from the City's tree database, via the ArcGIS Field Maps application . Drafting of inventory reports and intervention plans. The mandate consists of carrying out the operations described above for the arboreal heritage estimated at seventeen thousand five hundred (17,500) public trees. As project manager for the City of Saint-Lambert, the firm, through its professionals and technicians, updates the inventory of public trees. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
