The City of Avondale (the "City") is issuing this Request For Proposals (this "RFP") seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified, licensed firms ("Vendors") interested in providing professional services consisting of pavement condition assessment services and pavement asset management software (the "Services"), The City of Avondale (the "City") is issuing this Request For Proposals (this "RFP") seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified, licensed firms ("Vendors") interested in providing professional service consisting of pavement condition assessment services and pavement asset management software (the "Services"), as more particularly described in the section titled Scope of Work. In accordance with the City's Procurement Code, the City will accept sealed Proposals for the Services specified in the Scope of Work. Any question related to the RFP, including any part of the Scope of Work, shall be directed only to the Question & Answers section of OpenGov. Questions shall only be accepted through OpenGov and submitted before the date indicated in the section titled Timeline. Any Vendor found to be communicating with any member of City staff (outside of Procurement staff) about this solicitation shall be prohibited from submitting a proposal, or if a proposal is received, such proposal shall be deemed non-responsive. The schedule shall demonstrate Vendor's ability to meet the designated milestones as listed below. All Services of the successful Vendor must be fully completed by May 1, 2025 Anticipated Agreement Start Date: July 8, 2024 Shortlist Announced for Oral Interviews Week of June 3, 2024 Oral Interviews (if necessary) June 24, 2024 Should interviews be deemed necessary, the City will conduct them via Teams.
