The Tohopekaliga Water Authority (Toho) invites interested engineering consulting firms with extensive experience in reuse facilities permitting, and construction administration to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for Survey, Preliminary Design, Final Design, Permitting, Construction Administration, and other miscellaneous related services for subject project. The selected consultant must demonstrate experience in both reuse storage and pumping systems design. The selected consultant may report to Toho staff or Toho's program management consultant. Toho is experiencing growth throughout its reuse service area primarily due to new developments. Toho master planning identified a new Edgewater Reuse Storage and Repump Station (Edgewater Reuse) to help meet new developments' reuse demands. The proposed pumping capacity of the facility is 6,000 gallons per minute and the proposed storage capacity is 2.5 million gallons. Questions Due Date: May 6th 2024, 12:00 PM EDT
