Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the upgrade and replacement of traffic signal equipment, such as poles and pedestrian crossing signals. A Proposal/Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or a Certified Check or a Cashiers' Check payable to TTU in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum possible sum of the Base Proposal and all Alternates (Proposer-furnished form). Proposers shall submit their Proposals and all required documentation defined in this Request for Proposals in one (1) complete package. Failure to include any part of requested and/or required information or documentation may result in the disqualification of the Proposal. TTU's FY 2024 HUB Goals are: A. 7.15 % for heavy construction other than building contracts B. 16.86% for all building construction, including general contractors and operative builders contracts C. 24.53% for all special trade construction contracts D. 13.61% for professional services contracts E. 15.10% for all other services contracts and F. 26.04% for commodities contracts
