Reference Number 0000350076 The Work under this contract includes the furnishing of labor, tools, and new materials to complete security and Title 24 ADA accessibility compliance in the City of Escondido, City Hall Council Chambers building. The CONTRACTOR will be required to furnish with the contract a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the aggregate amount of the bid and a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%). Bid Security must be submitted with the bid proposal. All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, payable to the order of the CITY of Escondido amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid, or by a bond in said amount and payable to said CITY, signed by the bidder and a corporate surety, or by the bidder and two sureties who shall justify before any officer competent to administer oaths, in double said amount over and above all statutory exemptions.
