Site work for a water / sewer project in Escondido, California. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of of Nov 1,2019 The District opted for the latter and will rebid either a portion or all the project next year. For Daley Bench Slope Stabilization The work generally consists of mobilization/demobilization, grading and drainage improvements, installing mechanically stabilized earth retaining facilities, placing steel wire reinforced shotcrete to stabilize the slope, installation of appurtenances, and site restoration, along an approximate 500-foot long section of the Daley Bench, complete with all services and incidental work, procurement of permits, and coordination with the District, and jurisdictional agencies. The project site is located approximately 1/4 mile north of the intersection of Greenway Rise and El Norte Parkway off of Zachary Glen in northeastern Escondido, California. In accordance with the laws of the California Department of Industrial Relations and jurisdiction where the Work is located, the Owner has adopted the general prevailing wage rates for each craft or type of workman needed in the execution of the Work. Electronic copies of the wage determination are available at online. All bidders must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations prior to submitting bids. Also, no proposal will be accepted from a Contractor who has not been licensed in accordance with the laws of California to perform the work herein described.
