Spruce St. Escondido, CA 92025. The proposed square footage is approximately between 7,000 - 10,000 square feet, hard wheel, concrete skate spot that will provide a safe, designated place for users to develop their skills and enjoy the company of their peers. It will be a state-of-the-art facility based on the latest skate park design principles and constructed with high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity. The design should feature a mix of street and transition- style terrain, with elements designed for all age groups and ability levels. The design should meet the ultimate needs of the community while incorporating Crime Prevention through Environmental Design ("CPTED") principles.
