Demolition, site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; for site work for a medical facility; bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
Work of this Contract comprises of demolition of existing site works, minor interior renovations including the installation of new exterior exit door and interior doors complete with ADO hardware and associated finishing work, hardscaping, softscaping, site furnishings, rip-rap, culvert, lighting and fencing at the McEwen Psychiatry Building in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bids shall be accompanied by a security deposit as follows: Bid bond in an amount not less than 10% of the bid price. The accepted Tenderer shall provide and maintain in good standing until fulfillment of the Contract a Labour and Materials Bond for 50% of the Contract, covering the faithful performance of the Contract as referred to in the Bid Form 004100. The accepted Tenderer shall provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount as referred to in the Bid Form 004100. Use the most current version of the CCDC Document 221 as the form of Performance Bond. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
