Bid Number: CP&R Pre-Bid Conference None; please contact if site visit is requested The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids to install approximately 1778 feet of 42 inches high 3- Rail fencing with white cedar railings and locust posts, rails should have wedge/paddle ends and approximately 720 feet of 6' tall spruce stockade fencing. All posts should be dirt tamped in place. All existing wood fencing is to be removed and disposed of by the contractor. Any questions about this project shall be directed to: Mr. Orlando Casiano, Superintendent of Parks by fax at (860) 408-9283, email at ocasiano@simsbury-ct.gov, or by mail to the Department of Culture, Parks and Recreation, 933 Hopmeadow Street Simsbury, CT 06070. The Town reserves the right to reject or cancel any and all bids, or any part of any or all bids, if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
