The University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is soliciting qualifications from testing and inspection firms to provide labor and materials to perform special inspection and testing services for the Nevada State Health Laboratory located at the north end of campus, nearby the existing State Laboratory. The new structure will have over ~50,000 sq. ft., three stories. Construction documents have been prepared by Van Woert Bigotti Architects. Each firm will be required to submit, in a single combined document, an electronic copy of the following: o One page statement of interest pertaining to this specific project. o Complete description of firm and office locations and sizes. o Previous client references; minimum of three higher education clients where similar types and complexity of services have been provided. o Indication of ability and proposed staffing levels to perform the work listed in the Scope of Work. o Demonstration of successful completion of similar size and complexity of services/projects. o Demonstration of past project controls demonstrating success in meeting client delivery schedule. o Responder must provide proof of an active State of Nevada business license at time of RFQ submittal or no later than entering into a contract with Owner if issued an Intent to Award for the RFQ. 5/2/2024 05:00:00 PM (PT) : Questions Due Date Questions about the RFQ will be welcomed through the submittal deadline listed on the bidding website.
