No definite date for the rebid.** Construction of Surficial Aquifer Wells SA-58 & SA-59 (W2011C) The nature and scope of this project is: Furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to construct two (2) Surficial Aquifer production wells (58 and 59) each anticipated to be 140 deep with the top 100 being 20 PVC casing and bottom 40 being either 12 open hole, open hole with liner or 12 stainless steel screen. Work shall include but not necessarily be limited to well construction permitting, drill site preparation, setup and maintenance of formation water disposal systems (including temporary piping and pumps),drilling wells including pilot holes, logging, installation of 30 steel surface and 20 PVC well casings, grouting, flow testing, geophysical and video logging, well development, step rate pump testing, well facility disinfection and water quality testing, well site restoration and all other incidentals as outlined in the Bid Documents and all related appurtenances necessary to complete the work based on the intent of the Bid Documents. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect Clarification and changes to the bid documents, if needed, will be made by addendum through online. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
