We provide individual supportive and wraparound services through case managers, supportive and transitional housing, emergency shelters, a youth services hub, a housing help center, and permanent housing. Home Base Housing is a non-profit organization that has provided a range of supportive housing in Kingston, Ontario since 1987. Home Base Housing programs are open to single adults, families, youth, and members of marginalized groups with a range of life experiences and challenges. These may include homelessness, financial issues, substance abuse, mental health issues, developmental disabilities, head injuries, or physical disabilities. We offer housing opportunities and support to individuals, aged 16 and over, who are homeless or unable to remain in an unsafe situation. Our staff work to help tenants live independently, and with their approval, we welcome and encourage other professionals and family to become involved in the process.
