Annual Contract: Electrical Services Project Number: 2021-009298-R2 Project Name: Caloosa Park - Lighting Replacement (RE-BID) General Description of the Project: To provide and install new light fixtures and light pole Question Deadline 04/24/2025 Questions must be e-mailed to FDO-CID-Bids@pbc.gov at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid due date. Only questions received in writing will be responded to regarding this Invitation for Quote/Bid. This Quote/Bid is to furnish all material, labor, supervision, permits and supplies necessary and reasonably incidental to provide and install new light fixtures and light poles per the project requirements provided by Capital Improvements Division in this Invitation for Quote/Bid at Attachment "C" and all exhibits and addenda thereto. Work is to be done under the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Electrical Services, and pursuant to the conditions of the Work Order, both of which are incorporated into the Contract Documents by reference. The work included consists of all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, facilities, and installation required for the complete and approved Electrical System Modifications as indicated on the Contract Documents and called for in this Specification, or as may be reasonably implied by and for the installation of a complete Electrical System. B. All notes on the Drawings pertaining to the work of this Trade shall be considered as part of this Specification and Contract. C. In general, the Electrical Contractor shall make final connections to equipment furnished by other trades or by Owner. D. Refer to entire Contract Documents for coordination and demolition. E. Contractor shall confirm existing utilities are capped or shutdown prior to excavation or demolition. F. It is the Contractor's responsibility to visit the job site to inspect and confirm field conditions and systems. Advise Consultant of inconsistencies prior to bidding (14 days minimum). G. The Contractor shall install complete and operating electrical systems consisting of the following: 1. Install new and/or replace site lighting, in the proposed parking lots including LED type fixtures, fuses, handholes and wiring. Where indicated, provide light poles and bollards, provide branch circuit wiring as required. 2. Temporary electrical power and lighting shall be furnished, installed, and maintained for all trades as may be required for work, or in various locations throughout the building. 3. Miscellaneous items obviously required for a complete and operating systems, but not specifically called for on the drawings or in the specifications, shall be provided by the Contractor at no extra cost to the Owner, including but not limited to access panels, nuts and bolts, masonry anchors, conduit and equipment supports, drilling, welding, scaffolding, crane service, etc. 4. Conduit routing is not shown on the documents. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility to field route all raceways and coordinate such routing with all disciplines to resolve any conflicts, as necessary to provide the intended connections. It shall be assumed that the design was based on the shortest possible route. Where conduit or duct routing follows other than direct paths, the conductors and raceways shall be adjusted accordingly to account for voltage drop. Obtain existing as-built documentation (i.e., Civil, etc.) for underground utilities, drainage
