Each Bid Must Contain The Full Name Of Every Person, Firm Or Corporation Interested Therein And Be Accompanied By A Certified Check Drawn On A Solvent Bank In The State Of Ohio Or A Bid Bond In The Amount Of The Five Percent (5%) Of The Total Bid As A Guarantee That If The Bid Is Accepted A Contract Will Be Entered Into And Its Performance Properly Secured. Contractors Shall Be Required To Pay Prevailing Wages On This Contract In Accordance With Chapter 4115 Of The Ohio Revised Code. The Contractor Shall Make The Necessary Adjustment In The Prevailing Wage Rate And Pay Any Wage Increase During The Term Of The Contract. Information On Wage Rates May Be Obtained Through The Department Of Commerce, Wage And Hour Administration. The City Of Middleburg Heights Reserves The Right To Reject Any And All Bids, Or Parts Of Any Bids, And The Right To Waive Any Informalities Or Irregularities In The Bidding.
