The City is seeking to obtain the services of one or more licensed professional organizations to provide on-call retail architectural, space planning and engineering design specialists to act as its representative to provide professional as-needed services on assigned City projects. The City desires to engage the services of one or more professional firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. The areas of responsibility shall include, but are not limited to, the following services; condition assessments investigations, analysis and recommendations for repair/replacement projects, retail architectural design and related engineering services new building construction, building renovations (interior/exterior) and building demolition, building support services - Construction management services, space planning design services, ADA compliance studies and surveys, topographical survey WQMP services, move management services, and additional miscellaneous services and tasks associated with Architectural Services, Building Engineering Services and Systems and as otherwise may require architectural services.
