Scope of Work Wichita Falls Independent School Districts (WFISD or District) Board of Trustees invites qualified vendors to offer a proposal for the service of regularly scheduled, consistent, quality Grounds Maintenance as described herein and solicited in compliance with State and Local law. Grounds Maintenance includes the general lawn care including mowing, edging, tree and shrub trimming, weekly trash control, fertilizing, weed control, winter ice treatment (optional) and other related grounds maintenance activities as outlined in the specifications. All WFISD properties will be segmented with service specifications, preferred scheduling, as well as any exclusions. Contract for Services will be issued to the Awarded Vendor for three (3) years with two (2) optional 1-year renewal years, beginning July 1, 2024. WFISD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
