The City requests Qualifications (upon the terms and conditions set forth in this RFQ) for the review and improvement of City of Wichita Falls Traffic Engineering Division Arterial Progression/Signal Timing Project (hereinafter "Project"). Mrs. Jennifer Babineaux, the City of Wichita Falls Purchasing Agent is designated as the contact person for inquiries.
