Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gaston, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Resurfacing current basketball court and adding 3 regulation size pickleball courts. Remove pipe anchors and basketball goals, then back fill holes with aggregate. Fill large cracks with hot pour crackfiller. Install 18 wide by 2 asphalt curb to the outer edge of the existing courts. Furnish, place, and compact 2 #53 limestone aggregate over the existing asphalt surface to within 18' of the perimeter edge. Laser grade stone base. Furnish and lay 2 Hot Mix Asphalt Binder over stone base, including thickened edges. Furnish and lay 1 Hot Mix Limestone Surface. Install three (3) sets of new pickleball net posts with sleeves and center anchors in concrete foundations. Install two (2) gooseneck basketball goal systems in concrete foundations. Apply one (1) coat of Laykold Acrylic Resurfacer to the entire surface. Apply three (3) coats of Fortified Laykold to the courts. The color(s) shall be determined by owner. Stripe courts as per USA Pickleball and USA Basketball standards and tolerances. Install three (3) new pickleball nets and center straps. * All bids must be mailed or dropped off at 107 N Sycamore Street Gaston, IN*
