Conformance to Affirmative Action (PL 1975, C-127(NJAC 17:27); Public Disclosure Law, PL 1977, C-33 (Assembly Bill No. 22); Bid Security; Consent of Surety; State of New Jersey Department of Treasury, Business Registration Certificate; The Union City Board of Education reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bids, and to award the bid to a responsible and responsive bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date set for the opening of bids as set forth above. ***Bid Event: The envelope must be addressed to Anthony N. Dragona, Ed.D. School Business Administrator/Qualified Purchasing Agent of the Board at the address listed above, and may be delivered by hand, overnight courier, or mail. The envelope must be received by the Board by the date and time set forth above. No late bids will be accepted.
