Renovation of a multi-residential development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-unit multi-residential development.
The Work is to be performed at various properties owned by Kingston & Frontenac Housing Corporation. - 205 Rideau Street - 36 Cliff Crescent - 123 Van Order Drive - 37 Cassidy Street Common Room Conversion at 4 separate properties. These are existing spaces that are under used. Generally used for either storage or tenant use. We are converting these spaces over to a new affordable apartment. 205 Rideau Street has a common room and 2 storage spaces. These will be converted to 1, 2 bedroom apartment, and 2, 1 bedroom apartments. 37 Cassidy has a tenant common room that will be converted to a bachelor apartment. 36 Cliff has a common room that will be turned in to a bachelor apartment, and the same at 123 Van Order. Some of these spaces have existing part or full kitchens, and some do not. This project will see the creation of 6 new apartments within existing buildings.
