This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Communications Centre Alterations at Kingston Fire & Rescue - 500 O'Connor Drive The City requires the services of a licensed General Contractor to perform interior alterations to a suite of rooms at Kingston Fire & Rescue Headquarters, located at 500 OConnor Drive, Kingston. The KFR Communication Centre is a fire and emergency communication and dispatch facility. The work includes the demolition and reconfiguration of a partition, new flooring, new kitchenette millwork, electrical wiring as required. The existing operators consoles are being replaced.
