Description

Site work for a civil project in Moneta, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The County of Franklin is currently accepting Bids for the construction of a stormwater pond and drainage ditch at 145 Lakewatch Center Dr. Moneta VA 24121. All bids should be sealed and marked Lakewatch Stormwater Pond and Drainage Ditch in the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. All work must be completed by June 25th, 2024. Franklin County is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer. Small (SBE), minority (MBE), and woman-owned (WBE) firms are encouraged to submit bids. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to purchase all or any part of the whole of items bid upon, to waive any and all informalities therein, and the award shall, if made, be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, taking into consideration available equipment and personnel, experience with such projects, and ability to complete the project within the required timeframe.
