The Borough of State College is seeking proposals for the design, delivery, installation, training, and maintenance of a Surveillance Camera System. The system must be proposed with flexibility to scale. Our vision is to implement a system that will assist with the following: - A single system that offers monitoring and recording of diverse areas and buildings. - Allows for configuration of access and permissions based on security levels.
